This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing and frustrating car buying experience I’ve ever had and that is saying a LOT considering I’ve purchased 7 cars from Principle over the years. When purchasing a “luxury brand” there are certain expectations for customer service and Principle BMW completely missed the mark this time. From sales, finance, all the way to sales manager level, not one person followed through on what they said they would do. Unacceptable when the vehicle in question has a price tag of nearly 6 figures. I love my car but I will NOT be returning to Principle for any future sales. They think they’re the only game in town, but it’s not that far to Austin and worth the time for better customer service. More
