Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership, was informative & made our buying experience go smoothly , Their "no pressure" demeanour was refreshing! We are so glad we came to Princeton Chevrolet. More
The experience was outstanding. We changed our mind about the original purchase and they didn’t blink an eye to accommodate what we wanted. Outstanding customer service! My car was picked up from my work and dropped off for a standard oil change. After it was dropped off, I went to retrieve my keys and noticed the touch screen radio was damaged and covered in oil prints fr standard oil change. After it was dropped off, I went to retrieve my keys and noticed the touch screen radio was damaged and covered in oil prints from the tech. After over a week, 2 trips back to the dealership, numerous calls, pictures, and emails, I was told I would have to cover the cost of the screen for repair. Needless to say, I didn't pay the cost, my radio is ruined, and I won't be taking my car to Princeton Chevy EVER again! I do not recommend this place since changing from Piehl Motors. The service manager Andrew is an absolute joke and tried to convince me that "his tech's" would never be able to damage something like that. Because they wore rubber gloves.... makes sense. Thanks Princeton Chevy, for nothing! More
