I have been buying cars from Chris Riches for 10 years now. I am a bit of a gear head, and chris is passionate about cars. On the otherside; in service Troy Patasnick is the best service manager I have come across. no matter what my issue is he has a solution. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Very unprofessional service department. Service manager needs to be fired. Cannot properly fix cars and damages cars while in service but will not take responsibility fo service department. Service manager needs to be fired. Many other dealerships to choose from, save yourself the trouble and use Bell Audi in Edison or any other nearby Audi dealership. If you use them get used to talking to voicemail with calls back day the next day or no return call at all. I recently had my car there and it was a total nightmare. Service advisors do not go the extra step and just complain how busy they are. Again, stay away at all costs. Service is definitely not up to par, attitude is even worse. More

I brought vehicle in for scheduled maintenance twice so far and have had no issues. Getting an appointment was easy, and the vehicle was completed in a timely fashion. After buying my car here I expected good service but got none. Time and time again there was disappointment, and at high expense. If that wasn't enough, BAD ATTITUDE! Go to Bell in Rahway or DCI in Maplewood - they both cared for my car well, with fair price and NO ATTITUDE. This dealership has let the Princeton address go to their heads. More
