Having previously acquired 4 vehicles from Princeton Audi since late 2006 I am now acquiring a Q5 and a Q7. An hour ahead of taking delivery of the Q5 I was informed that the vehicle was damaged on delivery since late 2006 I am now acquiring a Q5 and a Q7. An hour ahead of taking delivery of the Q5 I was informed that the vehicle was damaged on delivery. Still no specific resolution a week later and I continue to have to make the running on following up to get an update on status. On arriving to take delivey of the Q7, at my appointment time, I was asked to come back later in the day as they were running late. On return the paper work had to be redone 3 times due to errors and lack of attention to detail. Not what one would expect from a premium brand. More

The process was very easy and it was great that I got the car that day. There was a mix up with the paperwork wherein the VIN number on the car did not match that of the temporary plate but they worked it o car that day. Jackie was great. She was much more friendly that I had expected as was all of the sales team. I have purchased cars in the past and after leaving the dealership I feel like a I had been "taken".
