Nice experience. I had originally stopped by Princeton VW in August trying to unload my BMW (due to over mileage) but wasn't able to get a reduced lease payment. Tajh Harvey had my situation and me in mind and made it a point to call me back 3 months later when there were better lease rates, deals, incentives, ect. He was able to get me out of my car and into something new with the appropriate amount of miles and decent monthly payments. He was always very nice and had my best interest in mind. It was never about making the sale. He wasn't pushy and he went over the information with me numerous times to ensure that I understood everything. Will definitely return and real with Tajh again. After deciding to purchase the car, Matt in sales & Paul in finance made the transition from my old beater to my new VW. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. I was also offered the road hazard warranty for my wheels and tires, which I was happy to have offered. The entire dealership is very professional and made me feel comfortable as a young buyer. I'm an avid VW fan and I plan to buy any future VW's from Matt as long as he works for the company. All in all a great sales experience! More
