Wife and I were on our way from Long Island to friends in Delaware when we hit a pot hole with my RS7. Left front tire sprung a sidewall leak and we managed to limp into Princeton Audi Service. I had just bought out my Audi lease and within a week my car was totaled. It was a horrible accident and devastating experience. This whole situation became extremely stressful. By the grace of God, who saved me in the accident, I was led to Princeton Audi and Greg Sconzo. From the minute I walked into the dealership I knew I was in the right place. Everyone was so kind, I had been shopping for a week trying to find a car. Greg Sconzo went above and beyond to help me. He found me the perfect car, the one I was looking for. I love my Audi and will only deal with Audi Princeton and Greg from here on. More

Awful service - My car was brought to the shop for an oil change and service a week ago I picked the car up and before I got home my check engine light came on and my oil came on. I reached out to the servic change and service a week ago I picked the car up and before I got home my check engine light came on and my oil came on. I reached out to the service Director Carl Mesaros whose response was I don't know "what else to tell you but it happens I am sure you made a mistake at your work before obviously we did not put enough oil in the car".
