The salesperson and the rest of the dealership staff were fantastic in helping me decide whether to buy an Audi. Everything was perfect from beginning to end in terms of the sales support. My experience with Princeton Audi can only be described as fantastic. I was only checking out different cars, at different dealerships, but Princeton Audi and Louanne Furch (Saleswoman) made my time at Pr as fantastic. I was only checking out different cars, at different dealerships, but Princeton Audi and Louanne Furch (Saleswoman) made my time at Princeton Audi very worthwhile. Louanne was very knowledgeable about all of the different Audi's she showed us, and basically gave us a presentation on each model off the top of her head. She knew so much about Audi's, and every different feature, that it was like being taught a lesson by a professor. We had gone to several different dealerships (BMW, Cadillac, Mercedes, Ford), and not one of the salespeople at these different dealerships could touch Louanne on the vast amount of knowledge of their product. She sold Audi to me, her and the professionals at Princeton Audi. Everyone was more than willing to go the extra step for both myself and my husband (although this is my car). They couldn't do enough to accomodate us. Everyone from the receptionist to the manager was friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The Cadillac dealer told me that "Cadillacs sell themselves." I think he kept saying that because everytime we asked a question, he had to look up the answer. I can do that. Audi had all the answers! I would recommend Princeton Audi to anyone who really wants a quality product, sold by knowledgeable and experienced professionals. They really sold me. More
One of the best customer service experiences in any delaership. No sales pressure tactics and took the time to explain and review all of the details of the lease transaction - full disclosuer. After delaership. No sales pressure tactics and took the time to explain and review all of the details of the lease transaction - full disclosuer. After sale experience was excellent as the dealership is 30 miles from home and Enrico was very patient and responsive with all of the questions we had the next day or two. More
The team at Princeton Audi is very friendly, helpful and interested in making your experience an enjoyable one. At no point did I feel pressure to buy a car or make any quick decisions. Steve Pellar was interested in making your experience an enjoyable one. At no point did I feel pressure to buy a car or make any quick decisions. Steve Pellar was very accommodating of my location (somewhat far away from the dealership) and had the car ready to go on a Monday night just before close. Steve followed up with a nice hand written note and a phone call to see how the car was driving. They even have their eye on a PA front panel to replace the NJ front plates that I don't need on the car over in PA. I would recommend this dealership without hesitation. The selection, service and most of all price... created a great experience. Thanks, Greg R. More

I recently purchased the CPO Audi A6 from them. Because of Work, I had to go in @ night to make the deal. Deal worked out great. I look around the car in the morning, They're 2 small holes in the back bu of Work, I had to go in @ night to make the deal. Deal worked out great. I look around the car in the morning, They're 2 small holes in the back bumper, Hood was replaced from K&N part. I call the Enrico Delurico in the morning about the my findings. I was told, it is not part of CPO the hood will not be covered and I was. told and holes were never there to begin with. So, I go back in the morning to dealer to talk about that Enrico's boss ( TED ) tells me. We are not going to fix the bumper you can leave your keys and we dont wanna service you. So mad as I was, I wanted to return the car then I get told you made the holes and you have to pay for the service to cover to holes. which would be $2000. lol, left with no choice I brought the car back. Then they gave me 1 key which wasn't working, I take that to service dept i get told you have to pay $50 for the fix. Now i am fuming, and yelling at customer service center, manager comes out says sir we will cover it. Like it was my fault. I purchased the car on 12/20/2010...all this happened 12/21/2010. This guys are very unprofessional not worth your money and time. I am just mad and don't know what to do. But, my job is warn the customers who are even thinking about going in there. More
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Very unprofessional service department. Service manager needs to be fired. Cannot properly fix cars and damages cars while in service but will not take responsibility fo service department. Service manager needs to be fired. Cannot properly fix cars and damages cars while in service but will not take responsibility for the damage. Many other dealerships to choose from, save yourself the trouble and use Bell Audi in Edison or any other nearby Audi dealership. If you use them get used to talking to voicemail with calls back day the next day or no return call at all. I recently had my car there and it was a total nightmare. Service advisors do not go the extra step and just complain how busy they are. Again, stay away at all costs. Service is definitely not up to par, attitude is even worse. More
This dealership seems to have no interest in selling cars. They would not talk to my son when he was 18 and was definitely able to buy a car with our backing. When we went to buy a Passat, we had to go cars. They would not talk to my son when he was 18 and was definitely able to buy a car with our backing. When we went to buy a Passat, we had to go up to a salesman to get his attention. When we had no car on the lot we were interested in, he would not search other dealerships other than a sister store in Flemington, which turned out to have equally unfriendly salespeople. More
