I really like Sue Yim, she was very professional but friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the finance magr. I don't know if this is done at all dealerships but I'd recommend you stop, at least don't make someone sign that they've been offered the material. Excellent sales and service. The dealership recently invested in a new service area. Helpful to bring your own financing for leverage. Also helpful to bring some pricing comparisons with other car dealerships/online services. For example, I used the USAA car buying service and bringing the best price offered by USAA helped me get a better deal at Princeton VW. More

I purchased my car (2010 Golf TDI) through this dealership, and have had it serviced there once for the 10k service. I had to order the car, and it took approximately 3.5 months to be delivered fro dealership, and have had it serviced there once for the 10k service. I had to order the car, and it took approximately 3.5 months to be delivered from Germany, which was the time frame i was given. The purchasing process went without a hitch, and the price was as quoted below msrp. The service went fine, although it took slightly longer than expected due to a problem with their computer flashing device, which was completely understandable and not the dealerships fault. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesperson to others, and have in the past. More

He described all of the additions to the vehicle in an organized and knowledgeable fashion and gave me complete information to aid me in choosing those additions that I had available. Both of these employees are assets to your organizations and should be complimented on their excellent sales abilities. Shortly after purchase of the vehicle I encountered several deep potholes and damaged two of my tires. I worked with Guy Lyons, he was great and I had a pleasant experience of buying the new vehicle.
