Jeff was great to work with. Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. There was no sales pressure, and while we went back for multiple test drives of the A4, we were always welcomed. Though Princeton Audi did not have the configuration in inventory, Jeff was able to source the A4 from another dealership and delivered it when promised mitigating a three month wait if we had to order from the factory. We were also introduced to Scott Herbert, General Manger, who was also very professional and willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Princeton Audi also has a great Service department who maintains our Q5. Again, always willing to go the extra mile for the customer. Overall, great experience at Princeton Audi! More

Did a lot of research; found a car that matched our specifications at Princeton. Guy and Rich did everyhing they could to amiably make a sale. We agreed on the price on the phone contigent upon my in specifications at Princeton. Guy and Rich did everyhing they could to amiably make a sale. We agreed on the price on the phone contigent upon my inspection of the car the next day. Car was in great shape. Returned with my wife on Saturday to pick up the car. Guy and Rich were very thorough and professional throughout the process. We met Carl and did the paperwork, also in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner.
