High pressure. Reason they wanted my used car and wanted me to purchase another used car made no sense. Car had thermostat replaced in less than a year. Would not tell me why. Interest rate twice as high as me to purchase another used car made no sense. Car had thermostat replaced in less than a year. Would not tell me why. Interest rate twice as high as last car I financed last year. Was only at dealer for diagnostic on my car. Not to trade it in. I wanted to contact my insurance company to get the OK to have wheel fixed. Sales manager gave me song and dance why I should not do it. He also suggested I should get another car. Having been in a car accident just over month ago I was very vulnerable. I would like my old car back. The trade in will lead me to financial hardship. Why would a dealer wanted a trade in that just had $7,000, in damage and according to the sales manager a wheel that would fall off. This has greatly upset me( I am 77 yrs, ago) and fell prey to much younger men who out smarted me. The tactics used frightened me. I am sure I will have problems with the 2019 Elantra. I will be filing a complaint, for the record, with the AGO in Mass. and the BBB where other complaints exist. I want my old car back. More

I’ve done buisness with this dealership both in the sales and service department for many years and have always been happy with how I was treated, until recently. Just before my vacation, I took my vehicle i and service department for many years and have always been happy with how I was treated, until recently. Just before my vacation, I took my vehicle in for service and found out that it required a lot more work than I was prepared to pay that day. Now, normally, one of the service representatives would go over all the paperwork with me and make sure I understood everything before signing. But not on this occasion. So I didn’t read over the invoice as carefully as I should (my fault) because of how things have traditionally happened in the past. When I got my car back, I was charged for things I didn’t ask them to do that day. Of course, because I didn’t read it over and signed the invoice, they basically told me that there was nothing I could do and a chunk of my money was theirs to keep. So I did email the owner with this experience and received absolutely no reply…very professional by the way. My advice to anyone using their service department is you’d better pay close attention to what’s on their invoice and what they’re doing to your vehicle or you will likely get the same response I got. Let the buyer beware…. More
