Horrible service today by multiple people within this dealership. Person answering phone was curt and short and when I asked to speak with general manager was put on hold twice and of course the person w dealership. The service department gave me a completely incorrect phone number for nationwide customer service. 😮 how hard was that? Is it a SECRET? Also gave me incorrect information regarding MPG reimbursement claim. Did I mention we’re buying a new Hyundai? Definitely won’t be from Pride(less) Hyundai of Seekonk, MA. More

Had a failed fuel door actuator repaired on my 2017 Santa Fe at Pride's Service department for a rather outrageous cost. My bill, for 1-1/2 hours labor - $325.00, and parts - $131.16. total was $465.30 with taxes and an admin fee. What was really stupid was the appointment was for 7:30 AM but at arrival was advised that the mechanics don't arrive until 8AM! Why would they have 7:30 appointments if no one his there to do any repairs? We own two Hyundai automobiles, but his is my last visit for any repairs. Tom Crowley Seekonk, MA More
