Absolutely horrible experience with the service department. My car has a warranty covered computer issue. It’s been a month with no ETA for repairs. Unreturned calls. Went in on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. After I got home I checked and noticed my tires were not rotated like they said they were. And it looks like my oil filter was never c tire rotation. After I got home I checked and noticed my tires were not rotated like they said they were. And it looks like my oil filter was never changed as well given the fact the top of the filter canister was still covered with dust and looks like it wasn’t touched at all. I was also told there was a recall on the vehicle and it was taken care of on the same day. It is going to be extremely difficult to go back after being so untrustworthy. More

I have gone to Pride Hyundai for my serviced and never had a problem till recently, therefore I think its more of an individual employee issue rather than the entire dealership. I scheduled service for had a problem till recently, therefore I think its more of an individual employee issue rather than the entire dealership. I scheduled service for my car for saturday and the gentleman who answered the phone was great and accommodating. When I dropped off my car, everything seemed okay. I spoke to both the guy on the phone prior and the person who took my car about timeline and I ONLY got the estimate of 4-6 hours for oil change/tire rotation, and two recalls. I was not told when my car would be ready by since there was also a check to see what was happening with a sound coming from my vehicle. I awaited a call from them like I always do letting me know that my car was ready. I did not receive a single call from Pride that my car was ready. I called to follow up but they had said they were closed for the day. I spent an entire day without my vehicle and it created more difficultly and concern as I wasn’t sure if there was anything it wrong with it. I called Monday morning and was told to come in my car was ready. I expressed over the phone that I was very disappointed in the customer service because I never got a call back. I expressed this in person with the employee who initially took my car, Andrew Gill(918) and his tone got aggressive with me. As a women I never have had a man talk to me like that in my life. Andrew had said he called me from a personal phone, but would not show evidence that he even made the call, or even made an attempt to leave a voicemail or message. I also don’t think its a best practice to call from an unknown number to let me know my car was ready but thats a business practice issue. He didn’t apologize or really understand the impact of someone who has personal responsibilities when they don’t have a vehicle to do so. It’s bad customer service. When hearing his tone I just decided to move forward and retrieve my car and that I would leave a review and he asked me if I was threatening him since I planned to leave a review. Again, looking at this from a customer service perspective it was bad service. I ended up paying for the service and leaving. I would not recommend employee Andrew Gill from a service perspective, he was very disrespectful. the service in itself on my car was fine. More

I don’t have anything really remarkable to say about the dealership it’s business and that’s what they are focused on. I didn’t expect it to be any different.
