The process wasn’t as difficult as I might have anticipated it would be. My sales person Tom was very nice to deal with as I can be a little intense at times. However I found it very loud, the musi anticipated it would be. My sales person Tom was very nice to deal with as I can be a little intense at times. However I found it very loud, the music choice was maddening and was extremely loud so much so it was difficult to concentrate and was very distracting also the AC was so cold that I had goosebumps. I understand that things have changed with how car sales going right now but I had to insist on doing a test drive on the road. A test drive in the parking lot is NOT A proper test drive of any vehicle you’re going to purchase and spend over $20,000 on. One last thing is that I wish I was offered a tire protection plan before my financing was completed and signed off on. I called to inquire about purchasing one three days after I drove my car off the lot and found that I would be able to purchase one but it had to be paid upfront and would cost over $900 so high research pricing and found one through Aaa because I am a member and got it for almost half that price More
