He was helpful in answering all of my questions and very patient as we had two young babies with us. He knew we lived over an hour away and went above and beyond to set up all of our paperwork ahead of time for us. We got weekly updates about the status of our car and followed up whenever possible. In the end, the car didn't work out on our end but we 100% appreciated all of the time and effort spent working with us and I would highly recommend others work with him and this dealership in the future! Went in for a synthetic oil change and was recommended to get a coolant flush and a brake fluid flush since I was approaching 60,000 miles.
