Was not happy to find that the car had not been serviced as in oil was black when I checked it. There were cosmetic issues that could have easily been resolved before it hit the lot. Your internet sales did as in oil was black when I checked it. There were cosmetic issues that could have easily been resolved before it hit the lot. Your internet sales did not know of the 30 day 1250 mile warranty and told me there was no warranty at all cause it was over 100K. Need to have all your people knowing the ins and outs of that issue for sure. I almost went elsewhere but persisted to find correct answer from used car manager and Phil. Phil was fantastic to deal with!!!! More

I dropped my car of on Friday evening for a Saturday 7:30am appointment but my car wasn't touched at all that day. Their service dept use to be awesome then turn over. Long story short took multiple times to fix rotors…seriously multiple times… on a brand new veh. Then lots of no callbacks it took months. Only at the end was the service manager nice because I asked it to be escalated and he was helpful. Thankfully I got rid of the Hyundai and never have to go there again! More

Would have been nice to have the car cleaned. It came back dirty disappointment. Simple outside wash even if it was a coupon to another car wash is a nice touch.
