Chris and David were absolutely exceptional. I unfortunately had to have my vehicle towed in due to what I thought was a starter issue, however, after further examination I was informed my batt I unfortunately had to have my vehicle towed in due to what I thought was a starter issue, however, after further examination I was informed my battery wire was loose and the problem was taken care of. I was also waived a diagnostic fee which I was so so thankful for! The team did right by me considering my last 2 experiences with the brand were horrific. I had a new engine replaced as well as a new battery and the former dealership left my vehicle a mess with oil spots all over my gray cloth seats.
