I purchased a 2024 Toyota tundra and when we did the paperwork, they forgot to charge me for my tags but they said don’t worry about it. We will take care of it. so when they called me to say, my tags are ready, they handed me my license plate, and registration which was only a one year tag I should’ve been a five-year tag for a brand new vehicle so when I spoke to the manager and told them that the finance guy had called me and said they would make up for mistake apparently they did not because they already gave me a one year tag. Manager looked into the situation and apologized and said he would take care of it so I was pleased and left six weeks later I still not had received a phone call so I stopped in person and went to the clerk and they said yes your tags are ready. Sorry we did not call you and the tags were the same as they were before. They did nothing so I spoke to the manager again and he said that I could take them to Dmv and get an extension, but I told him that was their job. I would’ve been more than happy to pay the difference that they forgot to charge me to get my five year tag rather than be lied to and misled thinking that I would get my five year tag and they were going to pay for it since it was our mistake so basically they said there was nothing else they could do for me. It’s not the money I would’ve been more than happy to pay for the tags that day did not charge me for to get my five year sticker. Again, it’s not about the money it’s about being lied to and being taken advantage of. Toyota does have a nice product don’t let me steer you wrong, but it’s sometimes the people that stand behind the product that are not the most honest, I assume they are not worried about repeat customers or word-of-mouth if they treat people like this. Years ago car salesman’s always had a bad rep as being dishonest and rip off everybody. I think it has come a long way since then but when things like this happen, it makes you wonder. Again all I want is my five year tag that comes with my brand new vehicle. I paid $60,000 for my truck. I would’ve been more than happy to pay for the five year tag as well very sad. More
Stealership service department replaced Waterpump on 2015 Toyota Venza. While air was removed from cooling system, there is no heat. The heat only works if the Temperature is set to max. There is no heat, just cold air if Temperature set below 83 degrees F. There was no issue with heat prior to service. Price charges a few $$$ for service, but you always get far less than what you pay for. No ethics to do the job, just steal from the customer. If Price was ethical, Price could not make a profit. Stealing is far more profitable. Now I must find a good service center with ethical mechanics who don't steal from customers and leave them hanging out to dry with bad repairs costing far too much markup. More
Price Toyota is perhaps one of the best car dealerships I have been to in a long time. I want to mention Matt Gill, he has excellent customer service and keeps you in the loop while the car is being serviced have been to in a long time.
