I've dealt with this dealership off and on for over 20 years and today they are better than ever and I wonder why I ever went anywhere else. The service department is a pleasure...you can make your appointment online for as early as 7am! You can make yourself a cup of coffee and watch some TV while you wait. The sales staff is exceptional as well...I've dealt with Elaine Pauleuc twice now and I hope it's not the last. She is very well informed about all the new features and programs that make buying or leasing about as easy as it can be. She's the best I've ever worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone...friend, family, or stranger...who cares to know my opinion. You're just wasting your time anywhere else. More

Pretty straight-forward experience. Came to look at, and potentially purchase, a new Prius, but was not sure which Prius I wanted, or would be best for me. David did a nice job showing me the different mod potentially purchase, a new Prius, but was not sure which Prius I wanted, or would be best for me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This vvisit was the result of the steering shaft recall. When I called I was immedately provided a convenient appoitment. Everything was good, Except that I had to pay for Installing a air filter, when they already had the old one out to show me! Been coming there since 2000 and have every thing done there.
