Excellent Experience!!!! We had an excellent car buying experience at Price Toyota. We worked with the sales rep. Jeff Winnington. Jeff is a great sales rep. He was every informative, understanding and had a lot of patience with us. He even found us a truck at another lot so we could compare it to the one they had at their lot- this way we could be absolutely satisfied with our purchase. The sales manager Ernie helped make our decision making easier and less stressful. The finance manager Scott Kennedy was also very informative and a pleasure to work with. Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and had excellent customer service skills. Our experience continued to be pleasurable after the initial purchase when we sent our New Tundra off to get all the additional options we wanted on it. While at their shop Jeff provided us with a loaner vehicle which made things easier for us. Once we picked up our Tundra it looked amazing! I would definitely recommend Price Toyota! If your looking to buy a Toyota don't hesitate to drop in and speak with Jeff! More

Worst car buying experience possible Price Toyota offered me the most terrible car buying experience you can imagine. I am writing this review only after multiple opportunities to let the Price Toyota offered me the most terrible car buying experience you can imagine. I am writing this review only after multiple opportunities to let the dealership recitfy the situation in a fair way for months. I am also writing this review after customer service manager Kris Wiley just gave me the middle finger and waved me off during my most recent attempt at a fair resolution. I bought a used 2013 Ford Escape, 48000 miles over 2 months ago. It came with a 30 day 1000 mile warranty from the dealership. Very long horrible story short. In the first 500 miles the car had to be towed 3 times because of a failing transmission. The dealership offered me no assistance, help, service, or reimbursement for this and instead directed me to the Ford dealership. Then I am told that all 4 of my tires are in immediate need of replacement by Ford, I get a second opinion by another dealership, and get a third opinion by a tire company. All results the same with printed out reports from their computer system, bad tires. The Toyota dealership told me if I drove the car the car back the 1.5 hours to their dealership, and only if their service manager agreed that my tires were bad, they would fill my gas tank and replace 2 tires only if I bought the other 2. I drove the car to the dealership. The manager left me standing in the show room with no direction for at least 15 min Pricewhile he and the service manager discussed my issue. Then they pulled me out of the customer service area and cornered me in the garage with nothing but other employees around. Then they told me that their machine says my tires are fine. They will not be doing anything for me. I showed them the clearly visible bald tire (I have pictures), and they said the tire was fine. I showed them printed out Ford dealership papers with the 1/32 tire rating on it. The managers response: "They wanted to sell you tires any body can make a bad tire report" Yet the only proof they provided was their printed out tire machine report. Then after rejecting my proof from the Ford dealership. I asked the service manager if he felt comfortable with me posting a picture of the tires tread in my review. His response: "I don't handle being threatened very well." If there was really nothing wrong with my tires, why did he perceive posting a picture of them as a threat? So it became clear that the Toyota dealership had no intention of doing anything for me. I asked them if they felt comfortable with talking to me in front of the other customers and they refused. I felt so wronged, it hurt deeply, I stormed off. I sat in the parking lot for a while planning my next move when Kris Wiley came out to take a picture of another car. I approached him to make one last effort and he cursed me out. I called out to 2 potential customers looking at cars and warned them, offered them to look at my tires. Right in front of them he stuck up his middle finger at me. Turned around and walked back into the dealership leaving me in the parking lot with his potential customers. They got in their car and left. I will never set foot in that business again and currently am reporting them to the better business bureau, Toyota, USAA and True car buying service. I have proof in the form of multiple emails back and forth with the dealership, service recommended tire reports from 3 reputable sources, and photographic proof. At this point, I wouldn't even take a free new car from this dealership. Enter at your own risk and expense. More

In looking for the right car and financial plan for me Ashley,the internet sales rep, was quick to respond and work with management to make sure that i was able to walk away with the perfect Camry within the small budget that i had available for a down payment! After getting there to test the cars of interest..i was met by the wonderful Carl who was extremely warm, pleasant and relatable and made my purchasing experience comfortable, informative and exciting!He even went through measures to make sure that I had a minor scratch that i noticed on the car buffed out! There, at Price Toyota, they seem to go FAR and BEYOND to make sure that their customers are happy, satisfied and able to purchase regardless of budget! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDING! Wonderful experience with wonderful people! More
