Best experience buying a car - EVER!!! Buying a car is not always a pleasant experience (for me anyway). When I walked into Prestige, knowing that I was $7,000 upside down on my current vehicle, the value of my car was approximately $4K, and I had $0 to put down, I could only imagine that I would walk out empty handed. Instead, I walked out with the keys to a 2014 Acura! Kristen Smith, my sales person, was phenomenal. She quickly assured me not to be "so worried" about what I had and to focus on what I could spend monthly and what kind of car I was looking for. She asked me tons of great questions (how much per year do I drive, what is my daily commute, do I often carry children/passengers) in efforts to be sure to point me towards a vehicle that would be best for me! Once we determined my affordable spend, she knew the exact price range I needed to be in as well as what cars would suite me needs. Low and behold and without the typical "sales haggle", I test drove my 2014 Acura and within a matter of an hour, she called with the good news! I got approved and a great rate! I highly recommend Prestige of Orange County and even further recommend Kristen Smith to help you! Totally Trustworthy Internet Purchase I had been looking for a Fiat convertible for my daughter. We went on EBay Motors, and found one -- it was with Prestige Pre-Owned. The price was exce I had been looking for a Fiat convertible for my daughter. We went on EBay Motors, and found one -- it was with Prestige Pre-Owned. The price was excellent! I called them the next day and talked with Tony Monti. He has been with Prestige a long time, and he set my mind at ease about buying this car sight unseen. There were lots of photos on the EBay listing, and Tony was totally honest with me about the history and condition of the car; he was easy to talk with, and I trusted him. Via multiple phone calls, emails, and text messages, Tony and I worked out all the details. He walked me through the bank transaction for payment, and he took care of all the transfer paperwork so we could ship the car from NY to TN. He was fantastic to work with, and I highly recommend anyone dealing with Prestige ask for Tony Monti. As a final gesture, Tony put a card and a gift in the glovebox for my daughter as the car was a gift for her birthday. Very impressed -- First class! More

Potential Nightmare Turned Dream Deal I bought my first car from this dealership in February 2015 and immediately I experienced a high quality of customer service. When I returned to the dealer expressing my concerns and frustrations about the car they were all very understanding. Kristen Smith patiently worked with me until I found another car that I liked and was comfortable with price-wise. Kristen and the financial advisor worked with me to make sure I stayed within my budget and received top dollar for my trade. They even made sure I received a refund from the extended warranty I had purchased. Needless to say, Kristen and the entire Prestige sales team helped turn a potential used car nightmare into a DREAM DEAL! I left there driving a newer, less miles, more featured, and highly economical car while still staying within my budget.
