They communicate poorly. They do not have the customer's interest in mind. I do not typically write reviews but they really pissed me off. Save yourself aggravation. Take your car elsewhere. More

I was assured that the work would be done in a timely manner and all the items would be taken care. The vehicle had a check engine light on and it was assumed that it was from the work which needed to be done from the recall. Long story short I get the car back, being assured that everything was fixed, and find that the check engine light is STILL ON! I ask to speak with the service manager who refuses to introduce himself and goes on to tell me that "if the light is still on, it is probably due to another issue unrelated to the recall". He continues that if I'm unhappy I should come back and have them run a diagnostic, which I have to pay for out of pocket. I ask to see the readout from the computer about the check engine light to see what came back when did it today. Surprise surprise...they don't have a readout! How can he tell me that the work was done when they didn't even do a computer readout of the engine light? I will be contacting Volkswagen USA to pressure the dealership to do their job and stop trying to milk their customers. They are already getting paid by VW to do the warranty work...so do the work! My advice? Steer clear of this dealership. It is obvious they will do whatever in their power to charge you for things that either don't need to be done or haven't been done. More

It was the only one in inv 2.5 months, I had no idea Prestige Imports (Subaru) existed until last Sunday...and four days later I owned a Subaru BRZ. It was the only one in inventory, but the exact car that I wanted. I loved the rapid response time to my first email inquiry, the quick arrival at a best price for the new car, the excellent value I got for my 2004 Subaru WRX trade-in, and the ease with which my salesman Brian Drexel and his manager squared away the logistics of registering my new car out of state and secured the lowest possible loan interest rate. In fact all the business was so easy and satisfying that it left plenty of time to debate whether certain Yankee pitchers belong in baseball's Hall of Fame. More
