SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ****I was told 2 days after I bought my car, via Fed Ex mail, that the car I bought has structural damage. They told when they sent me a new contract ****I was told 2 days after I bought my car, via Fed Ex mail, that the car I bought has structural damage. They told when they sent me a new contract asking me to sign it and pay them $500 more**** On 8.3.15 I purchased a 2002 BMW M3 from Prestige Auto Mall located at 1559 State Road, Cuyahoga Falls, OH. I drove from NJ to make this purchase after I was told SEVERAL times the car was sound, in and out. I was informed it was in a minor accident and that it had been fixed. All lies. I specifically asked if the windshield leaks, they said NO WAY, when in reality it does, every time it rains or I get a car wash, this car floods. I specifically asked if there was structural damage I was told NO. So I bought the car for $15,150 cash, signed contracts and headed back to NJ. The next day I get a call saying I owe them another $500. For what? No one ever explained, they just took the liberty of charging my boyfriends credit card another $500 with NO VERIFICATION/SIGNATURE. They sent me an updated contract in the mail, with a new price of $15,650 but no reason as to why they needed $500 more dollars. They also sent me another contract for me to sign STATING THE CAR AS STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A CAR WITH STRUCTURAL DAMAGE! NOW I KNOW WHY THE WINDSHIELD LEAKS! I did not sign either 'new' contract, I reversed the $500 charge and in return they refused to send me my title for my car. I waited 44 DAYS and when they didn't send it, I had to call and threaten legal action. I then received it a full 48 days after I bought the car. 3 full days after my out of state temp tags expired, they did not even submit the title to be changed into my name until SEPTEMBER 18th, 2 FULL DAYS AFTER MY TEMP TAGS EXPIRED,3 FULL DAYS AFTER I THREATENED THEM. So I have now been forced to drive and pay for a rental car because you can't drive with expired tags. I had to miss work to go buy this car, I have had to miss work to go get rental cars. Every aspect of this transaction has been a scam. The managers of this place are condescending scam artists as are the rest of the lot. I am now stuck with a busted car that is NOTHING as described. Oil light is always on as well as tire pressure light. This car is a piece of junk. And they knew it, allowed me to drive 600 miles, pay for a rental car from NJ to Ohio, pay for a hotel room in Ohio all for what? Complete garbage and nonsense. Disappointed I made an appointment to see a vehicle ( S550 Benz 2007). I drove for 45 minutes to the dealership. When I arrived the the vehicle was not there. The saleman alleged that the owner was driving the car. So, it was uable to inspect and/or test drive......A disappointing experience. More

I had a list of things I was looking for and was able to leave with all of them, while being well under my budget. They have a great selection of cars and the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. My salesman Mike was incredibly helpful. I have had no issues with my car and completely satisfied with the whole process. I have referred several friends and family members there, and they have all had the same wonderful experience. The salesman that I worked with was Mike A. he was very helpful and honest I even referred my sister to him to buy her new car. I really felt like I was being genuinely listened to when I was explaining my budget and my concerns I also didn't feel like I was being pressured into the purchase. I will defiantly be recommending people to buy a car from him and the dealership!! More

For 21 yrs we have been a 2 car family & have purchased vehicles and have had serviced from multiple dealerships, always leaving feeling just "okay" a For 21 yrs we have been a 2 car family & have purchased vehicles and have had serviced from multiple dealerships, always leaving feeling just "okay" about it until our most recent car purchase from Prestige Auto Mall on State St. In Cuyahoga Falls. Everyone was super friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we were more than pleased with our new purchase. There were a few things I wanted fixed, which they truly didnt have to do, but Jim the service manager went above and beyond to resolve any issues I was having. He took excellent care of us! John was the gentleman that greeted us and helped us with our paperwork, he as well went above and beyond to make our experience an excellent one. We never have to look anywhere else to purchase another car as we will without hesitation go back to Prestige! More
