Dreadful! I saw 2 of what appeared to be well cared for infinity QX 60’s online. I called & talked to Bryce. He told me that the silver was in great condition & the black wasn’t. Black was worse to be clear. They’re 6 hrs away. I asked him to send video. He showed me two scratches and said that’s all he could see wrong. I decided To drive up & paid a friend to drive me. I called to let them know I was coming. My friend went home after dropping me off. The keys were missing. Had to wait for a locksmith. There was trash in the glove box, It had a broken side mirror casing, passenger door wouldn’t close, a ripped front seat, scratched paint, a noticeable dent, luggage racks were rusted and painted over. They took parts from the black to help fix the silver since I had no other way home & had to buy something even though I didn’t want to at all, fixed the door & tried to buff out scratches. You have to agree not to take them to court, that they aren’t responsible for their employees’ statements or claims, that they don’t warranty & accept the warranty for 6 months or 6k miles thru another company. I drove home wondering if it would make it. Took a video of all of the damage Bryce supposedly couldn’t see but I can’t upload it here. I was also not given the price I was promised by Bryce so I was overcharged by $300 and went home with a quarter of a tank of gas where reputable dealer ships well at least fill the tank. More

During the sales process I specifically asked and was told that that the car had 2 key fobs which was important to me. When the car was delivered there was only 1 key fob. I called my sales rep and was told he would send the other key. After a week of waiting and still no key, I called back and was sent to Justin (manager). Was told that they can't find the key so there is nothing they can do and it is what it is even though I was specifically told before agreeing to purchase that the car had 2 key fobs. After continuing to fight with this dealership I reached out to Devin (General Manager). During the sales process Devin responded quickly. But surprise surprise when I have a problem he has not responded to any type of communication I have sent (voicemail and email). I have been trying now for over a month to simply get what I am rightfully deserved. I am not asking for anything other than the items i was "sold" and agreed to before purchasing the car. They respond very quickly when they are trying to SELL you a car but as soon as the paperwork is done they could care less about the "customer". Their website talking about Exceptional Customer Service is a COMPLETE lie. Out of pure principal and what is right and wrong (along with what I was promised) I will continue to fight with this dealership until I get the other key fob that I was sold but didn't receive. I will also continue to update on reviews the outcomes of my continual attempts with the dealership to get the 2nd key fob. *BEWARE* Do not trust this dealership because if you run into any problems after the sale they will not lift a finger to try and help and will simply try to ignore you hoping you will just go away and leave them alone.
