I recently Visit Prestige Auto Mall and was thoroughly unimpressed with the service I received. The salesperson Jemar and manager Tyler and other manager seemed more interested in pushing me to agree to a number than in showing me the car underneath when we ask or addressing my concerns. When I asked to see the car's under, I was met with resistance and told that we have to agree with number in order for him to show us the car underneath when we asked. . The salesperson didn't even bother to accompany me on the test drive, which left me feeling ignored and unvalued. Prestige hit the worst cold sales and manager experience, Do Not go to dealership , I told the manager that we need to see the car underneath and he response was the only has 5 bay and I told him he could just had a jack and have one of his mechanic to lift the car up but oh course he want to run our credit first . I am so disappointed with this dealership. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and dismissive when I expressed my dissatisfaction. It's clear that this dealership prioritizes making a sale over providing good customer service. I would not recommend Prestige Auto Mall to anyone. There are plenty of other dealerships that will treat you with respect and honesty. Customer comes first … Now I see why they have bad reviews . I bought my Dodge Ram from Prestige Auto Mall in Tallmadge Ohio. From the first conversation from Ron to the closing of the deal with Mark, this was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I bought a car through Prestige Auto Mall on cars. com in February 2024. The salesman I spoke to told me he had just driven the car and there was "nothing to apologize for". I am a single mother trying to buy my 16 year old daughter a fairly inexpensive but reliable car. I live several hundred miles from the dealership and did not test drive it (lesson learned). I naively believed the salesman when he told me it was a sound vegicle. Within about a month, I had to spend almost $7,000 on repairs! This car was EXTREMELY rusted throughout and had several issues. I had to get a new catalytic converter, brakes and roters, alternator, water pump, not to mention several other hoses, and items I cannot remember. I can't believe that dealership would sell such a piece of sh** to someone. I've had to max out my credit card to pay for the repairs on this vehicle. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to them for a car. They CANNOT be trusted!! More
We purchased a Toyota FJ Cruiser to be sent to Wichita, KS. Three days after receipt we had to replace the radiator clamp (100.00). Three days after that we had to replace the straps that held the fuel tan KS. Three days after receipt we had to replace the radiator clamp (100.00). Three days after that we had to replace the straps that held the fuel tank up, the CV joints and a brake caliper. Since the paperwork I got showed they replaced the brake pads, they then put a LOCKED UP CALIPER back on the vehicle and while replacing the brake pads had to have seen what condition the CV Joints were in (1600.00). Then 2.5 weeks later we had it towed to my mechanic with a dead battery. This was a bad alternator, replaced (600.00). Since the batter was new I can only think they choose the cheaper to replace and it lasted almost three weeks. They were all very Nice though. I wood say to move on to another dealership. More
I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ from prestige auto mall on 6 - 22 - 24 . I was told that the car had a 6 month, 6k mile power train warranty . I had the car for 29 days and put less than 800 miles on it and t 6 - 22 - 24 . I was told that the car had a 6 month, 6k mile power train warranty . I called the dealership that day, and they never returned my call, so I went there the following day, which was a Friday. They told me that they would send a tow truck to get the car on Monday. Monday rolled around and no tow truck showed up, and they didn't return my calls. So I went to the dealership again the following Friday, and it was the same thing, they told me that they would send a tow truck on Monday . This crap went on for 4 weeks in a row, tow truck promised , doesn't show up , no returns on my calls . Finally they told me that the warranty only covers internal lubricated parts, and doesn't cover cracked blocks or cylinder heads. I had to have the engine replaced at an independent garage and it cost me almost $ 5,600.00 after taxes. Since the car only ran for 29 days before the engine died the least they could have done was give me some of my money back . The fact that they left a 62 year old man with a heart condition hanging shows just what type of people they are . More
