Researching the specific SUV I wanted I came across prestige auto credit. Living in Columbus I was ok with making the 2 hr drive to Akron for the perfect car. First I conversed with Will, the ‘boss’ after throwing around some numbers he referred me to, Mario, who finalized my monthly payment and loan duration (via text message). The night before I was to purchase the SUV; I texted Mario, the final numbers we agreed on to make sure we were on the same page. He confirmed. Fast forward to the next day: I test drove the car and was ready to go back to the finance office to sign the papers. At least 5 pages into the process I noticed the incorrect numbers on my contract. Seeing the mistake I pulled my phone out to show the finance officer the numbers Mario and I agreed on. The error puzzled both of us. He excused himself to see what the issue was. Some how I ended up arguing with Will about what he told me vs what Mario told me. I’m still not sure why Will’s numbers were relevant, when haggling the only thing that matters is the conclusion price! Unfortunately Will would not uphold the word of his employee and I was forced to leave. Oh-did I mention my ride left after I was told everything was a ‘go’ for me to purchase the car. The last thing Will told me was that he would arrange an Uber to take me back to Columbus. Ha! What. A. Joke. He’s so cheap he wouldn’t pay for an Uber he forced an employee to stop their work to drive me..... to Columbus...... a 4 hour trip .... on a Saturday.....Wow! I felt so bad for my driver, I offered him money for his MAJOR inconvenience. Bottom line is I was guaranteed a certain deal and left with no vehicle. After my experience I read many reviews on this company and realized, in fact, that I dodged a bullet. Apparently many cars they’ve sold, have had major issues and the company as a whole is corrupt. Buyer beware. More

WORSE EXPERIENCE Never will I go to prestige again had my car since December and it got put in the shop the first week I got it. The first week I had to get a new gasket that I had to pay for . Which took two weeks for then to fix , In February the check engine light came off and on, March the transmission went out , had to pay them 1000$ for a new transmission , after they put that in they said I needed a new motor . Went to go trade my car in at Kia and my car caught fire under the hood. Prestige didn’t do anything about it. Got sold a lemon NEVER GO THERE More
