Michael Derr, not “Kali,” purchased a vehicle from us. We definitely dropped the ball on several occasions and I (Pete Neuman) apologized to Mr. Derr for that. Once I was made aware of this situation we did what we promised. Parts are on back order so it certainly did not happen as quickly as anyone would like. The inside headliner took longer than expected because the vehicle was given to us absolutely trashed on the inside of it. Thankfully, my team was able to work around it and get the job done. Thank you.

Hey all. Pete has entered the chat! He's the one that literally took a valet key out of a key fob to a random vehicle and stuck it in my key fob and told me it was fixed. 😂 Then he acted confused when I expected the key to actually work in my car and STILL refused to replace it with one that works. Kinda funny that "parts were on back order" but my mechanic had no trouble finding them. Had they fixed what was promised these reviews wouldn't even be here for Pete to try to defend. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I waited TEN MONTHS to post any negative review. We gave them so many chances to make it right and he STILL won't. If he would I would remove them. 🤦🏽‍♀️
