Would recommend to NO ONE! The first contact with them, an associate took all of my info and submitted an credit application on my behalf for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. He asked for bank statem an associate took all of my info and submitted an credit application on my behalf for the vehicle I was looking to purchase. He asked for bank statements and I submitted them. Then I never heard back! I figured I was declined. The following month, they got in another vehicle I was really excited about. Again, I reached out, expressing my interest. This time I applied for financing myself and was quickly pre-approved. I was unable to make it in that weekend, but asked that if the vehicle didn't sell over the weekend that I'd be in first thing the next week. Sunday evening at close, the car was still available. I arrived at the dealership late morning and was suddenly informed that not only was the vehicle AT THEIR OTHER LOCATION, but it had JUST SOLD THAT MORINING! I was told that the representative I'd been working with was located at their other location as well. The general manager sent me a text on my personal cell phone the next day. However, when I explained the situation, he was not apologetic, nor did he bother to offer a solution...he actually denied that I had even had the experience! To put the cherry on top...several days later, I received a letter from Capital One Auto stating that my pre-approval (from initial application) was expired now and that they had submitted my credit offer/approval directly to Prestige Auto in September. Meaning I WAS approved for the original car and the representative had just never gotten back to me! Two lost vehicles and no apology...no thanks, I'll pass! More

I purchased my 2011 tahoe about 6 months months ago. withing the first month the airconditioning stopped working, the fuel pump needed replaced, the cruise control stopped working, and i had to put on n withing the first month the airconditioning stopped working, the fuel pump needed replaced, the cruise control stopped working, and i had to put on new front brakes, rotors and sway links 4 months later. all in all i have spent $1500 to get it working. would not buy from again! More
