Jesse was wonderful from the moment I called on the phone to say we were traveling from Pittsburgh, and we were interested in a specific vehicle. He was patient and took the time to answer all of our questions and ease our concerns. Although this was a big purchase, Jesse and Nancy took the stress out of the typical car buying hassles. Nancy found things to entertain our little ones while we were completing paperwork. We can’t thank them enough for their kindness.
