Absolutely worst dealer! I just got out this Nissan dealer, I was so so disappointed. I don't want to give even one star rating (the minimum I can pick), if I have a choic I just got out this Nissan dealer, I was so so disappointed. I don't want to give even one star rating (the minimum I can pick), if I have a choice, I want to give negative star. I leased a Nissan leaf and the lease will end soon, I decided to purchase it, I went to this Stevens Creek Nissan dealer to complete the transaction. I went there 3 times, talked to multiple people there, spent multiple hours and wait and wait...and full of lies... the third time today, they promised me to finish up everything quickly, but ends up asked me to sign a paper of "Nissan NMAC END OF LEASE CONTRACTUAL OPTION", however, on the save paper, they refused to give their (dealer's) signature. At the end, I got a copy with my signature there ONLY. Now, more funny things happened, they "suggest" me to go to a credit union to purchase my leased car, and asked me to leave their office otherwise they will call police!!! How can such a dealer exists in this world! this store should be closed! 2022/11/21: I have some update, which makes me fell even worse. Today I decided to call Nissan Finance, I received a letter from them reminding me the lease is going to expire soon. Since I will write a check to purchase the leased car, the process is extremely simply. I just need to mail them a form stating the odometer together with a check (just the amount already stated in lease contract, no any additional fee), that's it. So Stevens Creek Nissan made me going back and forth 3 times and spent hours waiting and talking, I guess they just want to make me pay this and that extra fee...at the end they gave up and "suggested" me to go somewhere else. At this point, they still decided to point me to the wrong way, they suggested me to go with a credit union rather contacting Nissan finance. More
I went in to get an estimate for selling my used car after checking online at KBB. Found their customer service rep extremely rude and cocky. He probably was trying to suggest that KBB gave a very high after checking online at KBB. Found their customer service rep extremely rude and cocky. He pretended to come take a look at the car and at the onset started talking about how he’s not deducting anything for a peeled sticker. He was extremely dismissive and behaved as if I was there begging them to buy my car. I would probably never go back to this dealership in my life. More
Terrible customer service. Randy Villasenor And his boss were the worse salesperson I have met in my life. Randy is so lazy that he parked the car in the front and told me to check it out by myself and went were the worse salesperson I have met in my life. I decided to head to autobahn and buy a Mercedes Sprinter instead of their Nissan Cargo. Got a better value and great customer service. More
Pretty horrible experience overall. They promised to buy my used Kia and deliver a check within 10 days to validate the title is clear of liens. Provided them a notarized letter from the bank, now they say my used Kia and deliver a check within 10 days to validate the title is clear of liens. Provided them a notarized letter from the bank, now they say they have to have the title in hand which will take 60 days. They won’t give me my car back or provide a check. Stay clear and don’t sell a car to these guys. More

He let me know the car was still under warranty, he took the car, gave us a rental while the car was being fixed . Because he is so knowledgeable about his job there was no hassle and he was able to remove my anxiety. When we got our car back it had been detailed inside and out; it was like having a new car. Instead of pushing me into one option, he listened to my main interest and tailored the sale around that, answering my many questions along the way when others had to make guesses and then making sure I got home safely after my first Leaf purchase. After 7 long hours of talking and waiting, I almost drove off the lot with a different car than was discussed. I did a test drive with Marshall Philips for a Nissan leaf 2019 SV with weather package. For the entire time we were there, we never felt excited for our car buying experience. First, it was the whole "new system, change of owner" problem. The whole system was so slow and everything computer related was taking way more time than it should be. Then there's the car detailing. They said our car was being detailed before handing it off to us. When the 15 minutes wait turned to 30 minutes, we saw the car. Oddly enough, the advertising paper was still on the rear side window. Then it took them another 20 minutes to take off the paper. The most ridiculous thing was the weather package part. The whole time when we were talking to Marshall, we thought the car had heated seats. We specifically requested this feature when we did the test drove. When we finally got the car, the heated seats were missing. Worst part? Marshall was trying to play innocent, claiming he was not aware of the request. Then it was another half an hour of him running around trying to "fix" the problem. His solution? Pay more money for the package! Excuse me?? We paid over 10K and got our credit checked and now you tell me what? We were so tired and hungry at the time and honestly just wanted to get it over with. We decided to back the deal and go home. Marshall told us if we don't come back within tomorrow, there will not be a "good" deal like this. Oh well, I think I will pass. Even though our experience with Marshall was horrible, other people at the dealership were helpful. Brandon was working very hard and apologizing for this mistake. Same goes the finance people. Marshall? Not even a word of apologize. I WILL NOT recommend this place for anyone. I will definitely not coming back for anything. Save yourself some time and look for other places. More
NICK HADENFELDT, IDRIS OSMANI, EDGAR LOPEZ AND LEO STEFANI I want to give an exceptional review to some very exceptional people: NICK HADENFELDT, IDRIS OSMANI, EDGAR LOPEZ AND LEO STEFANI – and the GENERAL MAN I want to give an exceptional review to some very exceptional people: NICK HADENFELDT, IDRIS OSMANI, EDGAR LOPEZ AND LEO STEFANI – and the GENERAL MANAGER (I didn’t get his full name) – all at Premier Nissan – Stevens Creek, San Jose, CA. I first went to Nissan Sunnyvale to purchase the Rogue SUV and spent hours there on a Sunday. The finance folks were ALL horrible! They threw in all these charges thinking I wouldn’t notice and when I did they wouldn’t even let me hold the paperwork to see what exactly was listed. After doing my homework, I knew what I wanted and how much it would cost. They were trying to take advantage of me since I’m a woman and I went in there all by myself. First they said I was approved at a low APR, and then it changed to a really high APR after I told them to remove all the additional charges. Then they said they were closing and it was too late to even call the banks for financing which didn’t even make sense. How would they know what APR I would receive if they didn’t even talk to the banks yet? They said they would call me in the morning. So, I left with without buying a car. Then after 4 days of calling them to try and get the low price I had negotiated (and no return calls), I called the general manager at Premier Nissan – Stevens Creek. I told him what happened and he said to come into his dealership and promised that his team would take care of me. I made an appointment with NICK HADENFELDT (Financing), who was so nice, upfront and honest about everything. He didn’t rush or pressure me and he listened to my concerns and questions. He did everything he could to assist me in purchasing the exact car I wanted and even worked extra hard to get me the lowest APR possible. He really treated me with dignity and never made me feel like I was being taken advantage. He even ran the numbers with different options for me to choose from to make sure I could afford my payments. Then EDGAR LOPEZ took me for a test drive and was a very polite and professional salesperson. He showed me all the colors available and helped me pick one out. He even stayed late with the others to make sure everything went smoothly. Next I was sent to IDRIS OSMANI (Finance Director) – I just loved him! He made the hardest part of the process go as quick and painless as possible. The final price on all the paperwork was what we negotiated and there were no last-minute surprises. No games, no lies, he even found ways to save me more money in the end (along with Nick). He made sure I understood every single charge listed. We even bonded over our love for our canine children. Finally, LEO STEFANI (Sales) took the time to show me how everything in my brand new (detailed) car worked. He even helped me set up the blue tooth with my iphone, etc. He took his time and answered all my questions I could tell that all of these gentlemen were being EXTRA nice, kind and helpful because the general manager told them about my horrible experience at the previous dealership, but also because they are all genuinely nice people and that they cared about helping me. I just want to say thank you once again to all of them for the wonderful customer service, patience, respect, time (and staying late), and effort in treating me like royalty (that’s how I really felt during the whole process). It turned out to be an exceptional experience and I even had a lot of fun hanging out with them that night. I REALLY LOVE my new car!!!! Customer service Sales reps are very rude and pushy. They also employ people on drugs in the service department. Worst experience with service team-Not professional at all I bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder back in November (from Nissan Stevens creak), few months back a had an issue where the internal display lights will I bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder back in November (from Nissan Stevens creak), few months back a had an issue where the internal display lights will not turn on. I brought it in, Service department kept it for 2 days. They called me saying that the issue has been fixed. The same night when i brought the car back, we ran in to the same issue. I took the car back to the dealership and advised them that its the same issue. They kept the car again for a day and said it fixed the next day. after couple of days we ran into the same issue again. I was not happy at all with the service team and have no confidence in them any more. I tried complaining about this to Rick (Service Manager) but he was not courteous at all. One of the most unhelpful person i have ever interacted with. At the time dealership manager was Terry Essary, he reached out to me and said he will take care of this personal but i never heard back from them. Recently i had an other incident, where the the staff was very rude to us and when we spoke to the server manager (Rick) he was extremely rude again. We will never be going to this dealership again.
