LIARS! These people are liars! Binh Benny sold me a 2016 Dodge Dart lied to my face and said that it was the original key. The next morning when I go to star These people are liars! Binh Benny sold me a 2016 Dodge Dart lied to my face and said that it was the original key. The next morning when I go to start up my car the engine does not turn over! I turn the wheel, step on the gas pedal, pull the gear shift, and then the car starts! This is a brand new car with a clean carfax and 1 previous owner! I talked to Toan and RJ they said that they would help me out and compensate me for the key, and 2 months later, 2 visits, countless phone calls no one has yet to help me. I also talked to a guy named Sam and he promised to give me a call back and help me, he hasn't done anything. I emailed the General Manager Karie Yost, she hasn't responded back to me! Do not buy a car from this paper, after they get you in a vehicle they do not want anything to do with customers, and they are inconsiderate, lazy, and a dealership full of liars! More

Horrible customer service by Finance person Toan Tran and Robert Jones (RJ). At the time of Vehicle purchase,Toan Tran sold me premium extended service plan but checked on "basic" check box in the contract document. When I realized the mistake done by him, I went and asked for cancellation, Toan agreed it was his mistake and said he will cancel with 100% refund. Even after 6 months of repeated emails, phone calls, voice mails, they didn't give me the full refund. Finally, talked with RJ last week, he took all details and said Toan will call me within 3 days with status update...its more than 5days..no call. In last 3 months, I have called them more than 20 times and left voice message, sent several emails ..they don't bother to call back. Worst experience ever. Very very unprofessional. Never ever deal with these robbers. More
