Matt Winston has consistently gone out of his way to provide excellent customer service each time I bring my car to the Weseloh Kia Service Department. While on a road trip from northern Arizona for a memorial service and family reunion, my 07 Kia Sedona died on the freeway several times. Check engine came on, ESC system shut down. Matt Winston in the Service Department answered the phone and helped us with directions. We limped into the dealership and were met by Matt on arrival. He took the car in and it was diagnosed as having a bad throttle position sensor. Wow! The dealership actually had the part in stock - no three day wait - how cool is that? We were back on the road within two hours with a new TPS and a software upgrade to our main computer. The car runs great. My family and I would like to express our deepest graditude to Matt Winston, the technician who got us in and out so quickly, and the dealership for having such high customer service standards. You guys really saved our trip. Love my Kia, love this dealership! More

I had a chance to check out the service department this week when I had some accessory equipment installed on my new vehicle. He clearly described the work to be done, the cost, and the time it would take. Of course he delivered - everything was just as it was promised, and he had the car ready ahead of time. It's clear these guys focus on treating the customer right every time, which is why I will definitely be back ... for service as needed, and for future car purchases.
