Not dealers fault. ..but takes a day for diagnosis to send to HQ and back before they can tell you exhaust problems... I came 1 hour before closing on June 14th and I was ready to walk out and not purchase anything. I spoked with Kaila for the costco.com price program. She told me to ask for a Costco representative when I ca to walk out and not purchase anything. I spoked with Kaila for the costco.com price program. She told me to ask for a Costco representative when I came in. However, no one knew I was coming. Kaila didn't informed the reps. However, Juan Ochoa saved the day. He was polite, patient, and very helpful. His professionalism won me over (he's handsome too, lol). To make a long story short I ended up purchasing a car that night. The dealership and employees in the service department are great. Fernando was attentive and is a great asset to the dealership. The AI phone system is a disaster. I took my 2019 Chevy Tahoe to get service a couple of days ago. I was help by Carlos Salazar when I dropped off the vehicle. Everything went fine. Customer service wasn’t bad however when I came back to days ago. I was help by Carlos Salazar when I dropped off the vehicle. Everything went fine. Customer service wasn’t bad however when I came back to pick up my vehicle I was told that they wanted to charge a 3% processing fee on any credit card. I had told him that I’ve been to the location many times before and they have never charged me this fee. I told him that I did not want to pay that fee that according to the California Civil Code Section 1748.1 prohibits retailers, including service providers, from imposing surcharges on customers who choose to pay with a credit card, it also allows retailers to offer discounts to encourage payment by cash, check, or other means. After that his demeanor change completely they didn’t charge me the 3% and when I was done a said thank you and tried shaking his hand, and he only stared at me like if I was a problem customer. No problem I don’t need a hand shake or your rude customer service. Well, I guess if they like to make their customer feel bad because they didn’t pay illegal service fee. I’m happy to take my business to Escondido of Chevrolet although farther to do my house I called them to see if they charge that illegal fee of 3% service charge and they told me they do not. The customer service and customer experience was terrible to say the least. On a happy note employee, Jaden brought my vehicle to me was extremely professional and courteous.
