Calling and trying to get a hold of a human being was difficult. When finally reached someone, they couldn't help and transferred me to someones voicemail, who never called me back. Had to call three times and spend a total of 25 mins on hold to schedule a blind appointment, not knowing what service I would be getting. Worse than calling the government ! If happens again, will change dealerships. More

Wow, whst a what a disappointment. Recently moved to area and needed a local dealership. I know I was there when they were experiencing issue with their internet (all dealers were Recently moved to area and needed a local dealership. I know I was there when they were experiencing issue with their internet (all dealers were effected) but thru every step of the process, from trying to reach a service advisor to the simple job of (new tires and oil change) were a massive failure. I would not go back again and will drive to mission valley first. More
Don helped me out this visit He was very kind and accommodating. I had booked an appt online for a recall and signed up for a shuttle ride back to work. Not knowing shuttles were shut down during Cov accommodating. I had booked an appt online for a recall and signed up for a shuttle ride back to work. Not knowing shuttles were shut down during Covid and that they'd need the car overnight, he set up a Lyft ride for me to go home. I truly appreciate him taking good care of me! He went out of his way to make sure my expectations going into this were met. Thanks Don! More
