I took my 2019 Chevy Tahoe to get service a couple of days ago. I was help by Carlos Salazar when I dropped off the vehicle. Everything went fine. Customer service wasn’t bad however when I came back to days ago. I was help by Carlos Salazar when I dropped off the vehicle. Everything went fine. Customer service wasn’t bad however when I came back to pick up my vehicle I was told that they wanted to charge a 3% processing fee on any credit card. I had told him that I’ve been to the location many times before and they have never charged me this fee. I told him that I did not want to pay that fee that according to the California Civil Code Section 1748.1 prohibits retailers, including service providers, from imposing surcharges on customers who choose to pay with a credit card, it also allows retailers to offer discounts to encourage payment by cash, check, or other means. After that his demeanor change completely they didn’t charge me the 3% and when I was done a said thank you and tried shaking his hand, and he only stared at me like if I was a problem customer. No problem I don’t need a hand shake or your rude customer service. Well, I guess if they like to make their customer feel bad because they didn’t pay illegal service fee. I’m happy to take my business to Escondido of Chevrolet although farther to do my house I called them to see if they charge that illegal fee of 3% service charge and they told me they do not. The customer service and customer experience was terrible to say the least. On a happy note employee, Jaden brought my vehicle to me was extremely professional and courteous. I kind of wish he was the guy at the desk. Perhaps I would come back. Great employee! I hope someone finds this helpful Sincerely Gus Lopez More

WOW…what an amazing experience! I called over inquiring on a Chevy blazer listed and was greeted via phone by Joey Silva….amazing! He worked very hard and diligently, even following up and ironing out some details with his managers, on his day off. I knew I was going to buy a car from JOEY. I couldn’t have picked a more friendly, outgoing, thorough, and eager salesperson. Upon arriving at the dealership, as a surprise for my daughter’s graduation, we were again greeted by several staff and Joey took us to the car to “test drive a blazer” (my daughter not realizing it’s her car). Joey had a bow on it and he even had the key chain I purchased on her new key fob to give her, to reiterate it was her car….amazing again! We worked with Jess (Jessica Breen) on financing options (loan vs lease, due to interest rates…ugghhh). She was able to go back and get me a great purchase rate, which sealed the deal to sign as a buy vs lease. Amazing effort and customer service, again! We lastly sat with Maria Cardenas, who already had the added warranties or packages I was looking to purchase. She did encourage and work on a price for the bumper to bumper warranty, which was uncovered as needed due to the bells and whistles on the RS blazer. Again, my needs and priorities were taken into account and I left out with a payment (a tiny bit more cash down…by choice…for payment likeness) that I had in mind. All the work put in by Jess for the rate and Maria for the added warranties, made it to where the loan wouldn’t need refinancing later…as previously discussed with them. Customer service is a huge part of any transaction for me, and Premier Chevrolet hit the nail on the head! Thanks for such a great car buying experience for us (was even able to add my 18 year old daughter to the loan at the end). Would recommend, refer and buy another vehicle at Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad. You guys really have a great team there, and the customer service is dialed in! Thank you ❤️ More
