When we decided to upgrade they went out and quickly found a Traverse more to our liking and worked to keep the pricing within my pre-set range. The main reason I went to Weseloh is because I take my other Chevy there for service and Mike Smith in the Service Department always takes good care of me as a customer. Diesel Truck Service - Not At This Dealer I took my '01 Duramax truck in because it was making a strange noise while I was visiting the area. The first time I took it in, they told me I had a I took my '01 Duramax truck in because it was making a strange noise while I was visiting the area. The first time I took it in, they told me I had a clogged air filter that was causing the metal on metal grinding noise. Hearing the same noise, I took it back a few days later. I asked them to specifically check the suspension and the drive line. It took them a week to diagnose a broken turbo exhaust bracket. They told me they had to order the part and it would take a couple of days. Eight days later I still did not have my truck back. I decided to call other Chevy dealers in the country trying to find the parts they were waiting for. I finally called the parts department and let them know that there was a dealer in Oklahoma and 2 dealers in Texas with the needed parts and these dealers would be happy to send Weseloh Chevy the needed parts so that I would be able to resume my trip. Two days later I finally got my truck back - NOT FIXED! Since I was still hearing the metal on metal grinding sound, I took it to someone else who said I was hearing the carrier bearing (part of the drive line). The new repair shop replaced the carrier bearing, showing me why it was making noise and that it was worn out. Weseloh Service may be fine for cars, but I won't be taking my Duramax back to them again. More
