I bought my first new car from Weseloh in 3 hours! I went in and told Fernando and Danny that I only had a certain amount to put down, no more. They had me test drive the car I said I wanted and they did not in and told Fernando and Danny that I only had a certain amount to put down, no more. After 3 hours, I left for dinner and received a call that the car I wanted was mine and I just had to sign. I left the dealership after an hour of signing with the brand new car I wanted. We came in after seeing the Chevy Traverse at the Del Mar Fair. We are a family of 6 with 2 sets of twins and we needed the perfect car at the perfect price. Had a very pleasant experience buying a 2012 Silverado pickup. Everyone at Weseloh was friendly and helpful. The price was so reasonable & they had the vehicle we were looking for - in the color we wanted; we came to look at vehicles & prices, decided to buy. Luke, our sales rep was terrific; able to answer all of our questions regarding towing, OnStar, transmission, bed-liners, interior of the vehicle, and engine. His answers were all based on his own experiences, that we could easily relate to and understand - never sounded like something out of a pamphlet or a sales seminar. We even had a very pleasant experience while going through all of the decisions signing the financial paperwork. There was no pressure, but all options were explained. We had already used their service department many times for some of our other vehicles. We knew the service department was first class. During our married life we have bought at least 12 vehicles from dealers. This is the most enjoyable experience, least stressful, that we have ever had. No buyers' remorse. We would recommend Weseloh to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, or looking for a quality and courteous service department in the Carlsbad - Oceanside area for their GM vehicle. Also - bravo to GM card. Just by using the GM card for our everyday purchases knocked an extra $3,500 off the huge discounted price. Reward points are great - but it's hard to beat that cash direct from the GM card when purchasing a new vehicle.
