Benjamin was very relaxed and easy going, and had all the facts and knowledge I needed - to evaluate the possible purchase (for my fiancé, a Corvette aficionado) of an excellent Corvette in the used car inventory. Not having any knowledge of Corvettes, Benjamin put me at ease right away with answering my questions with respect. Benjamin demonstrated knowledge, expertise and all of the courtesy that Weseloh employees have always demonstrated at this dealership. Carmine Mirabella (from their Internet Sales) even managed to find me an extra factory rebate program. I ended up getting a net price even lower than what he had originally quoted over e-mail. From finally selecting the model/color I wanted to actually getting the keys, the whole process took under 3 hours. It was by far the best experience I've ever had buying from a dealership!! More

Then, I mentioned to him let's try the Chev dealership down the road in Carlsbad. This is where we meet Ben Pendleton. He is a ROCK STAR. I asked him if he was pushy and he said no. I told him what I wanted to see and he guided us to the cars. He let us look at the cars we asked, then explained the different equipment in each vehicle, with no pressure at all. I ask him if we could drive one, he went and got the keys and off we went. Still no pressure or being pushiness to buy. After, the drive, he looked at my trade and ran some numbers for us. Told us to think about it and gave us time. So, we bought the 2015 Chev Cruz 1LT, and love it. I would HIGHLY recommend Ben to another in Southern California. Thank you been for making our car buying experience very pleasurable. From the beginning to finish you are a professional. My husband and I really appreciate all that you did. He is friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, and honest. How many new car buyers would describe their salesperson as "honest"? I don't use that term lightly. If you want a salesperson you can trust, who will give you all of the information you need, answer all of your questions, go out of his way to make you happy, without any pressure - then go to Weseloh Chevy and ask for Nacho Ojeda. Worst experience ever We waited over 3 hours to pay cash for a car. They said we were in line with the finance dept and I had $13000 cash in hand to buy a used Honda Accord We waited over 3 hours to pay cash for a car. I have driven Cadillacs for 30 years, but I never thought to look for a pre-owned one at a Chevy/Kia dealership! I found the perfect car! My sales rep, Carlos Arias, knew more about Cadillacs than any other sales reps I have dealt with. He took time with us and was not high pressure. After I purchased the car he spent quite a while going over the owner's manual and explaining the car's features. The other members of the staff were wonderful as well, offering coffee, offering a coat when it got cold, etc. This is a dealership for people who don't like dealerships... More
