This was the best car buying experience of my life! I live in New York and was able to purchase a car mostly though quick and clear communication via texts and emails, to use at a condo I own in La Selva Beach, CA. My professional and polite sales consultant, Juan Ochoa, helped to provide me with the best offer on a new Bolt EUV. His approach was quite relaxed and there was no-pressure from him at all. I didn't feel rushed to make my purchase. The dealership went above and beyond to make the process easy, in fact another Chevrolet dealership; nearer to my condo in La Selva Beach, would not sell me the car over the internet and/or phone unless I was physically present at their dealership. Thanks also go out to Sales Manager Ramzy Aguila and the finance team for their assistance and for staying true to their word. My final price was exactly as negotiated; and, there were no last-minute surprises. Finally, I would like to thank the receptionist for being attentive to my needs. If you, or if you have a friend, family member, or colleague looking to buy a Chevrolet car, I would highly recommend contacting the most trustworthy dealership I have ever dealt with, Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad. They listened to me, did not play games, and gave me a deal that worked for me. The next time I am in the market for a Chevrolet, I will be going back to Premier Chevrolet of Carlsbad to make my purchase. More
Summer Crespo, the service manager for this location. ..THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! She turned an unpleasant, unfortunate circumstance with our new vehicle, into an outcome we are satisfied with. ..THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! She turned an unpleasant, unfortunate circumstance with our new vehicle, into an outcome we are satisfied with. Our brand new vehicle check engine light came on two weeks after driving it off the lot. What we thought would take a day or two for diagnostics and repairs, turned into a month the vehicle was in the shop. During this time the customer service Summer provided went above and beyond because our frustration was all over the place. We understood the UAW strike that was happening and the possibility of delays in receiving parts. We also took into consideration, things happen and unfortunately we were affected by them. To be serviced with compassion, understanding, integrity and overflow of good will to make things right for us, Summer provided. Despite this unfortunate event, I would come back to Premier Chevrolet and give them another try. More
I made a service appointment for first service for my 2023 Corvette. I drove 50 minutes through traffic to get there on time, expecting a two hour wait (I never asked for a loaner, because I was told this is how long it would take). I am spoiled by Lexus, who immediately have someone at your car when you drive in. I had to go in, look for the service desk, then explain why I was there. Fernando told me the wait would be four hours, not two and there were no loaners. When I explained that wouldn't work, he just shrugged his shoulders, indicating, "tough". I walked out and will take my future service business elsewhere. This is very bad customer relations, folks. More
Brought my 2016 Corvette Z06 in for an oil change. While I waited, the service department left the turn signal flashers on to notify the service mechanics that I was waiting. Forty five minutes or so While I waited, the service department left the turn signal flashers on to notify the service mechanics that I was waiting. Forty five minutes or so later the service advisor came to the waiting area to inform that my battery was dead, at 11.2 volts. He offered to charge it for 4-5 hours and informed the cost would be $120, or I could buy a new battery. I chose to purchase a new battery at a cost of $156. In the mean time I was checking out new pick-up trucks. A salesman approached and asked if he could help. I told him about my Vette in service, and asked if he could give me a quote for a possible trade in. He said he would have his sales manager look at the Vette. Fifteen or twenty minutes later he came back and told me the sales manager only had one question, "would my car pass smog?'. What a foolish question! A 2016 Corvette Z06, with less than 11K miles, in primo condition, with a factory installed supercharger? He obviously did not know his brand very well, and he gave me a verbal low ball offer of $10K. Ten thousand dollars???? Needless to say that was the end of that conversation. To further xxxx me off, when I paid my bill, I was not given the cursory discount reserved for my Corvette Club, and Premier is one of our club sponsors. Very unhappy with my first (and only) visit to Premier Chevrolet in Carlsbad , California. More
PREMIER Chevrolet of Carlsbad, why can't someone just buy a car from a dealership at a reasonable cost...MSRP is ok in todays market but having a dealership add "Protection Plans", items that the owner does a car from a dealership at a reasonable cost...MSRP is ok in todays market but having a dealership add "Protection Plans", items that the owner does not want like windshield, interior, exterior, wheel etc protections that cost the owner $2000-$4000 added to the already specified MSRP is ridiculous? I want to find a way to purchase my car and bypass this "Plan" to add nonsense protection that is unwanted and more expensive that the value. If Chevrolet or other manufacturers determined that the new car needed this level of protection it would be manufacturer installed and already in the MSRP. More
