Everything costs money. So I probably would have gotten the same answer at other dealers. But they wanted $195 to check out a weird creaking noise in my Bolt that started about 6 months ago. I bought the car from them and I love the car. I am a huge fan of this car and tell everyone who asks. I don’t like the fact that they can’t diagnose and address a weird noise. I guess it’s just business. Oh well. I will try a different dealer next time I buy a car. More
I have taken my Chevy in to this service department three times without the problems being resolved and my check engine light is back on and my service lead “doesn’t know what’s wrong”. The entire service de times without the problems being resolved and my check engine light is back on and my service lead “doesn’t know what’s wrong”. The entire service department won’t return voicemails and I have tried for 1 week without a call back. If you need to get ahold of somebody in the service department you need to contact the main front desk of the dealership. She was so helpful in putting me into contact with Carlos, Tanner, and Summer. My fleet vehicle manager has instructed me to go to La Mesa Chevrolet and I understand why now. We even bought our fleet vehicles from this dealership! The service department was below par and the communication from this department was even worse. I really hope this helps in bettering the service. More
Routinely sends overpriced service estimate for work not needed. I don’t trust them. Weseloh did not do that. It’s part of the Premier culture to be deceptive. needed. I don’t trust them. Weseloh did not do that. It’s part of the Premier culture to be deceptive. More
