All of the staff is super friendly and attentive. I worked with Felipe on my car purchase. I went in at first just to test drive the new Chevy Trax and look at some of the numbers and Felipe was very I worked with Felipe on my car purchase. He is very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and was able to answer all of my questions, and there were a lot. Felipe gave me a quote for an OTD price and I went home to think it over. Without any follow up on my part, Felipe reached out to me with an offer I could not turn down and I went into the dealership the next day to purchase the car. The process was seamless and I am super happy about how stress free Felipe made it. I worked with Maria in the finance department to cross the T’s and dot the I’s and she was super nice and was able to walk me through all of my options. If you have the option, I strongly recommend that you work with those individuals because they made the car buying process hassle free and cared more about meeting my needs than anything else. More
