Just trying to buy a car and they add on $3,995 in “dealer preinstalled added equipment” to the MSRP. A bunch of crap I don’t want and don’t need. Horrible customer service and zero fault to fix a problem (that is easily fixable). I won’t be going back over a $20 coupon. I told the service advisor about my coupon prior to service, he decided to cas (that is easily fixable). I won’t be going back over a $20 coupon. Transmission under warranty took a month to fix and then needed to be taken back in to repair a second time. Would anticipate they didn’t even diagnose for 2 weeks. Don in service was fantastic but the p needed to be taken back in to repair a second time. Would anticipate they didn’t even diagnose for 2 weeks. Don in service was fantastic but the process took entirely way too long and the transmission was not repaired well the first time.
