Did business years ago and ended up over paying for car and later found out car was previously damaged. They were smooth talkers. Dave did my deal and was only interested in making more money off people. I and later found out car was previously damaged. They were smooth talkers. Huge problems with P.A.B and Copart Civil suit is pending !!! Based on my experience the 1 & 2 star and negative ratings appear to be accurate on yelp and dealerrater.com, Yelp and google based on my exper !!! Based on my experience the 1 & 2 star and negative ratings appear to be accurate on yelp and dealerrater.com, Yelp and google based on my experience. I wish I could give a 0 rating. Both Copar and PAB lied and misrepresented statements as the cars I was interested in. The stated that cars do NOT have a total losses. I ended up buying to cars that had "Total Loss" based on their lies and misrepresentations..There were many lies overall. Also, PAB was charged with 8 Counts by Dealers Board, $20,000 fine. From my experience with per my dealing with him PAB and Copart, clearly, unsavory experience, lack ethics, lies, deception and nothing but aggravation etc.. Overall experience was horrific, frustrating and incredibly stressful etc.. Even if they didn't lie, I contend the State of Colorado requires them to disclose a clear title "total loss" vehicle. I sent many emails concerning undercarriage safety issues and more. Even without lying, I contend that PAB and Copart should be letting clients know if a car is total loss, but not listed or provided by Copart and PAP. Clean titled cars, especially hail damaged cars, should be examined for "Total loss" before sale or delivery, as I contend, Colorado law to requires disclosure of a "Total Loss" vehicle etc. In furtherance, I suggested many remedies in order to protect buyers/bidders/clients, No sign of such important "buying tips" Note, Colorado Coparts tractor forks are one size fits all when moving their cars about from time they are delivered to and after the sale. (As PAB is aware, the forks do various damage to the undercarriage of the car and Copart does not allow one to lift/jack the car to check or thoroughly inspect the undercarriage. I contend, undercarriage damage to certain percentage of all their vehicles being sold, as the forks don't always sit or secured on the frame of their cars, the said damage is being done before and after sale unannounced to the buyer/customer/client) In my case. I contend, Copart did $3400 damage to the undercarriage of my Infiniti Q70 and did not disclose it. This is a huge road and highway safety issue, they have indicated no change in practices. Putting your head underneath a vehicle is NOT a thorough exam. Why do retail auto service garages have adjustable lifts?? You would think the foregoing should be high priority points of interest to clients/buyers/bidders etc...the said tips which the client should be advised during the examination and buying process. I contend, most reputable "auto broker", dealer, auction etc. would put the foregoing tips and information at the forefront of the buying process. I contend is lawless for PAB and Copart not to disclose "total loss" on vehicles that have clear titles, and NOT lie to their prospects. There are Colorado laws, contrary to their practices with me, see "Total Loss" vehicle and the law on "AS IS" purchase of a car etc.., pertaining to dealer, auction or broker etc..Please note, I'm not an attorney and anyone working with PAB and Copart should do their own research, perhaps, contact an attorney as to the law. Again, the foregoing is what I have learned to be the law. I will later determine they were trying to scam me out of my $400, as they gave me my deposit back in parts rather than in full at one time. They finally gave me the remaining deposit back Jan. 25. 2019, Please note. As to scamming buyers out of their deposit money, I would want to believe that this is NOT normal practice, however, it looks odd and suspect on its face... I filed BBB cases against them. Also, Mr. Hinojos, you have misconstrued my review!! Please correct your review!! For the record I have my $400 back. Deposits were refunded in 3 parts; $400 on 1.18.19, 1.22.19 $1,660, 1.25.19 More

Unprofessional AJ was inattentive during the auction. He went out to lunch and didn't pick up his phone. As a result the auction was lost. He's a truly fine ma I don't have many heroes in my world but I got a new one today! His name is David Taylor and he's WAY more than a car broker. He's a truly fine man with a big picture of the world and a heart bigger than that! This morning, a reputable Toyota dealer in west Denver, whom I have trusted and dealt with for years, told me my car needed new brakes, a new seal and sundry other repairs to the tune of $3600. They warned of dire consequences if I didn't act immediately. As an Uber driver, my wheels are my source of income. So I needed to act. I left, resigned to trading WAY down to a much more basic, older vehicle. I thought about trading it on the spot with that dealership, but had an inkling to call a local car broker who's card I had from a business mixer. I came to him, almost in tears, with my top of the line Toyota, told him my story and was ready to trade it for a junky beater. He looked at it, then drove it to a mechanic and 15 minutes later shook my hand and said "you can drive that thing until the tires fall off! I won't sell you a car today!" Contrary to earlier doomsday predictions David AND his mechanic said it's in great shape, doesn't need the repairs they pushed on me and he wouldn't sell me an old beater because my luxury car was in such good shape inside and out!?! That's never happened to me before and I think such amazing business ethics need to be rewarded! If you EVER; need a new/almost new car, want to sell an old one or both, are looking for someone with impeccable ethics and who lives locally, I can't speak highly enough of David Taylor. More
Unfortunate experience with David Taylor I really wanted to write a positive review, as David was responsive throughout the car buying process. We ended up not buying me a car through him, b I really wanted to write a positive review, as David was responsive throughout the car buying process. We ended up not buying me a car through him, but he offered to arrange shipping to keep our business. This resulted in delay in delivery, empty promises, texts where he accidentally sent us other clients credit card info, improper documentation, and a car we could not drive while waiting for paperwork. When we got the shipping documentation from our insurance company, we discovered we were charged almost double the cost for shipping. When I asked him to explain the discrepancy or provide a refund, he became very strange, verbally abused us, and told us to "lose his number and don't ever contact me again- adjust your moral compass". Do your research before buying! While Jay was friendly and seemed to be on the "up and up" come to find out once the car was bought and got it home...had already existing issues. En While Jay was friendly and seemed to be on the "up and up" come to find out once the car was bought and got it home...had already existing issues. Enough to add up to $1200 in repairs. Within 2 days of driving the car began to smell a "burning smell". Thought it was just a bit of oil spilled when changed. I test drove the car, but it must have been cleaned up enough to put off the "smell". Turned out to be a major leak in the power steering hose. Other issues also. There is no way the mechanics did not see the major leak when they changed the oil. Just washed it and sold it. I checked Carfax, seemed okay. I will never buy from them again and never recommend them either. More
