They made an error on the title that rendered the car unable to be registered, and Barbara, the purported manager, was extremely rude on the phone and reluctant to correct the dealership's mistake. The delays incurred late fees in my home state, and the dealer tag ran out on the vehicle during the ordeal. I was left with a vehicle that I could not title or legally drive until my home state department of motor vehicles office explained over the phone to Preferred Auto Brokers how to fix the problem. I have bought about 10 cars over the years and this is by far the worst experience in customer service I have ever had. My advice is to avoid doing business with this dealer. More
