Prior to visiting Precision, I had gone to two other dealerships. The atmosphere at Precision was a lot different. I didn't get the feel that someone might get when shopping for a car. I took to him right away. It took us a while to talk about my new vehicle. He seemed more interested in learning about me and my daughter(who was with me). I really liked that approach. It made the experience so much easier. Once we did discussed my eventual purchase of my Dodge Ram, the experience became better. There wasn't that back and forth price bickering. They seemed to want my business right away, therefore giving me a very competitive price right off the bat. The best thing was a few days after my purchase, I gave a call to Dan on his cell phone. He wasn't working at the time, but still answered for me, and proceeded to help me, on his day off. Throughout the process I also met Dan's manager, Matt Groetch.
