I purchased a brand new 2021 Dodge Durango from Precision Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram last year 2021. I have no complaints about the Sales rep. Anthony at all. He was responsive and so helpful. The one star review is for the service center and the finance department. The day I purchased the vehicle the dealership was aware that the car had issues.The Dome lights in the interior of the vehicle as well as the mirror lights did not work, the washer fluid did not operate properly, and the car doors would not lock. I brought the car into service twice, mind you I live an hour away from the dealership, the car was not fixed on either occasion. Both times all items stopped working the very next day. I brought it to a service center at another dodge dealer much closer to me and I was told the issue was not actually fixed. After the visit to the dealer closer to me, the issues were fixed properly. My biggest complaint is against the finance department, specifically Keith who was the finance rep. who helped with my deal. I was told that the Mopar protection plan I had and paid extra for would cover any tire damage, rim damage, and any small dents, dings, or scratches on the exterior of the vehicle; cosmetic as well. I brought my car into another dealership near me to have a rim replaced and two small dents repaired. I was told none of these things are covered. I call precision and spoke to Keith and now he is telling me none of these things are covered either. My main concern is employees of dealerships should not lie to customers to make a sale or to get them to sign up for bs plans. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of ethics and professionalism. I do not recommend this dealership. I highly recommend recording conversations at the dealership from now on and any other dealership for that matter. More
