Leased a 2019 Bighorn in March of 2019. Great deal 400/month no out of pocket! Got calls from salesmen from June to November of 2021 saying let us get you out of your lease. You have equity Great deal 400/month no out of pocket! Got calls from salesmen from June to November of 2021 saying let us get you out of your lease. You have equity. Finally 11/22/2021. I visit to see what they offer. Joe loonan handles the deal like before because I was sent to him by a very good friend (A police chief). They give me a deal on a new truck with a few more options, 450/month, no out of pocket for 39 months. I said all is very good, but I am concerned about the extra 3 months with no bumper to bumper warranty. Joe Loonan says forget that we will get you out before your warranty runs out and into another good deal. Here I am 10/2024 one month before my warranty runs out, I visit Joe Loonan. I'm looking to buy this out or go into another lease. The buyout is $35,585 after tax and fees. Joe says don't do this. The truck is only worth 28k. I ask to go into a new lease. They offer 675/ month with first payment, taxes, fees, and MVC up front. $2500. Joe Loonan the man that said don't worry we will get you out of this lease and into another good lease before you warranty is up says, your lease is with CAL Automotive. Cal sucks and won't let dealers buy out their leases. I have to hold your truck on my lot, pay the lease every month for the next 3 months and give it back to them. I will not do this. This means I am still on this lease for 4 months. The dealer will use my truck for 4 months at my expense maybe have an accident or cause damage or go over on mileage and when they turn it over, Im responsible for the damage. Joe knew this about CAL when he pushed me into this lease and lied, to say we will get you out of it before the warranty is up. Stay away from this dealership. They screwed me over and they new me. I was recommended by a friend to Joe Loonan. I am a repeat customer. I can only imagine what they would do to someone off the street, they don't even know. More
