Precision happen to have a pre-owned car I was interested in, the car was in great shape as described by Chris (the salesman). I had been shopping for a "new" used car to replace my old Jeep that was causing me headaches. I have purchased several cars from this dealership in the past and have always had a great experience. Recently, I had a major electrical problem in a vehicle that I bought from them which was out of warran past and have always had a great experience. Recently, I had a major electrical problem in a vehicle that I bought from them which was out of warranty. They managed to figure out the solution in less than a day and the cost of the repair was extremely reasonable. Another dealership's garage told me that the car's computer was bad and wanted $1200 plus for an incorrect repair. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking to buy a new or used Chrysler vehicle and/or that has repair needs More

7/26/2012 we bougth a brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Loredo (manufactured 6/2012) with only 10 miles on it. Within 20 hours we experienced major electrical malfunctions that made the car unsafe to drive Loredo (manufactured 6/2012) with only 10 miles on it. Within 20 hours we experienced major electrical malfunctions that made the car unsafe to drive. Aside from the vehicle starting, all dummy lights came on, and there was no power to the front of the vehicle, No A/C, radio, window, spedometer, blinkers, headlights, etc. It was back in the dealer on 7/28, and on 7/29 we had the same issues. It has been in the dealer ever since 7/30/2012, and we have been renting a car. We have now put out > $1250 in rental car fees, and have our new car payment (> $500)this week. We also took out the extended warranty that covers a rental car, but I cannot file a claim because it has to be initiated from the dealer. Still waiting for a loaner???? How does this happen, you spend > $30,000 on a purchase, and get treated like this? On multiple occasions we have asked to speak to the owner, we have yet to hear from them. This is downright inexcusable. Needless to say, we have had to take this to the top. Still waiting for Chrysler "to make this right". More
