After searching several jeep dealerships in the tri-state area, I was distraught about the way we had been treated. Unbeknown to me there is a jeep dealership less than five miles from my home which I had n area, I was distraught about the way we had been treated. My salesperson Marvin Wellins treated my parents and I like human beings that's to say not just like a sale. Not only was he polite, curtiuous, and was attentive to my needs, he went above and beyound my expectations. He delivered exactly what he said he would do. He gave me the most car for my hard earned money. Not to mention at a price that was incredible for my budget. I can not describe to you what a no pressure environment this dealership is. If you are looking for a automobile make this place your first stop and save yourself the aggravation of the back and forth games other dealers play when purchasing a vehicle. The experience that I had today at Precision was "total class". I walked into the showroom and was greeted by sales manager Chris Bultman. I do not like to get "sold to" and Chris was fantastic in "total class". I walked into the showroom and was greeted by sales manager Chris Bultman. I looked around a bit and when I had an idea I approached him in his office and we sat down to discuss further exactly what I needed. I had a vehicle which I wanted to trade in and with Chris's help today I am glad to say that I will be driving off the lot on Thursday with a brand new Jeep Cherokee (for under my price range). The great thing about my dealings with Chris today was that he actually listened to my needs and understood the position that I was in and where I had to be. He worked very hard to ensure that I got a vehicle that I liked and didn't upsell me at all. Overall, my experience at Precision was better than I could have ever expected and I would recommend them to anyone looking. It was such a pleasure talking with him about the Jeep I was interested in, the price I was willing to pay, interests rates, and answering any questions I may have had. We communicated by emails and phone calls and when we agreed upon the terms, I was at the dealership the next morning by 9:00 to go over the terms again, take a test drive, sign the papers and was at work by 11:30. They had the car ready for my son to pick up at 5:00. I also met with Steve Bernstein, the business manager, who did not push to sell any extra items. He even got me a lower financing rate than the one I was offered through my bank. I would highly recommend Precision, Chris and steve to my family and friends when they are ready to buy a car. That same day, I received a phone call and email (2 days later) from 2 other Jeep dealers. When I told them I purchased a Jeep through Precision for the terms that I had also presented to each of them, both of them were surprised that I was able to accomplish the purchase. Neither one of the other 2 dealerships were willing to work with me, they asked for outrageous down payments and high finance terms. I had even purchased 4 new cars through one of the dealers.
