Worsts experience every! My Jeep was there for more then a month. Service Manager was rude, yelled at me and told me to come and get my Jeep that he was tired of my xxxxxxxxx. Had to have my Jeep towed out a month. Service Manager was rude, yelled at me and told me to come and get my Jeep that he was tired of my xxxxxxxxx. Had to have my Jeep towed out and then was told my service manager that the only way I would ever step foot in his building again was to tell him sorry. Talk to Manager about it all and that was a waste of time. I just can’t get over the fact that they allow this man to talk to customers in this way. More

Tim was excellent! I loved the whole experience. It was my first time shopping there and night and day to what I was used to from other dealerships. Didn’t have to spend hours haggling to get to a fair pr my first time shopping there and night and day to what I was used to from other dealerships. Didn’t have to spend hours haggling to get to a fair price. I was concerned with Covid and they didn’t come in the car for the test drive. Also, I was there for a about 20 minutes after the test drive to get to the bottom line. I think left and was called by Tim to complete my closing documents about 3 hours later. Walked in, reviewed the documents, signed and in my new truck in about 15 minutes. The whole process was so painless. More

Anna went above and beyond to assist in the lease of a new ram 1500. While there was an issue with the finance manager (who is no longer there) Anna jumped in, even when it was not here area, and made su new ram 1500.
