My salesman, Roy, was the most patient person I have ever worked with. I can be quite demanding and I want what I want when I want it. So they worked as a Team, Roy and Joe, (I guess he was the manager), and worked with. I can be quite demanding and I want what I want when I want it. So they worked as a Team, Roy and Joe, (I guess he was the manager), and we finally reached a deal that I was comfortable with. Since it was almost 6 PM and they were closing at 6, they didn't think they could let me have the car that night. But I convinced them that they could and they did. They stayed another hour, along with the finance man, to prepare the car for me. I drove it home that night!!!!! Thanks Guys Lizzie210 More

I will most definitely deal with your dealership based solely on his professionalism. I don't take the time out to write a review unless it is truly warranted. I purchased a used 2007 Chevy Tahoe in February. The truck had around 90,000 miles, which I was aware off. I had a mechanic check it out and it needed some work. The estimated work was $1500 and they to truck had around 90,000 miles, which I was aware off. I had a mechanic check it out and it needed some work. The estimated work was $1500 and they took $1000 off the price, which was fair and put in a new battery after saying it was fine, but the car was struggling to start. This was accepted and I agreed to buy it. Next, throughout the process I kept asking for a carfax and they kept blowing it off. In addition, I kept asking for a finance rate and they wouldn't help me until I sat down with the guy. Upon sitting down and signing the paperwork the carfax was presented and an accident was found. I questioned the dealer and they wouldn't do anything and said it was minor. I took the car home and drove for about 3500 miles and 3.5 months. I had gotten everything that needed to done completed. At this time I started having major problems, including the wheel bearing completely going and seizing on me, all the rims started cracking and leaking air and the transmission jumping. I called the salesperson and it took him 4 days to respond after me calling twice and leaving messages. After going back and forth he said he would talk to his manager and till this day I have gotten no response. I got everything fixed on my own, spending close to $3000 dollars mostly in labor. In addition, my mechanic even tried calling because he knows the guys and they told the mechanic they will not do anything. I refuse to bring the truck to their service department because before selling the vehicle no tune-up was done, which was badly needed and they fought with me that the battery was good, when clearly the truck had trouble turning over. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience for the following reasons: 1) no carfax until after signing 2) Clearly car wasn't maintained before selling the vehicle 3) no extended warranty was offered during the sales process 4) Nothing was done for costly repairs that were clearly hidden problems that were going on before the truck was purchased. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle even if the price looks great. More
Overall the salesperson and manager were involved in facilitating an excellent experience. Especially for my purchase, which we had no immediate plans on purchasing. It was pouring rain and there wer facilitating an excellent experience. Especially for my purchase, which we had no immediate plans on purchasing. It was pouring rain and there were no other customer in the showroom, under these condition we were allowed all the time to browse/touch/open/close/sit as much as we wanted. Erick answered the questions without trying to zoom into the 2 questions most salesperson try to get to as you walk in the door – how much to want to spend? And when you want to pick-up? These question are useless if the buyers concerns are not catered to, the internet is no substitute for a good salesperson and/or dealership. Erick, realized he would let the Jeep – GC- limited do its own selling by getting us into one for a drive. It took a while to get the keys, but we were on our way in the pouring rain. We wanted to see a different interior/options, and this time he got the keys quicker. While we were away they took a look at our trade, and came back low but not insulting (the trade had some blemish). At this point we were comfortable, and were serious on a purchase. This is the point the buy decides if they will purchase from a dealer, now or in the future. No internet search(s), and salesman questions can substitute for this conclusion. The rest is now history, we are in our GC limited, the delivery was made in the rain later that afternoon as Erick explained all the features and questions that came-up. The setting he was unaware of, he asked us to call if we didn’t get to the answer after looking at the DVD. This is the first part of a long relationship, lets hope the service and parts departments are as good – More to follow when we get there. More

I put over a hun awesome and for me a dream come true. Drove her back to Long Island in heavy rain and traffic witch sucked but still an awesome car. I put over a hundred miles on her over the weekend and still have more than three quarters of a tank. The gas mileage for what she is is more than impressive. I the proud owner and restorer of a 66 Impala convertible that I totally neglected this past weekend because I just couldn't tear myself away from the Dodge. Well again thanks for everything. You made it easy More
I had spoken to Chris over the phone several times and he stated that he could match the price I was requesting on a 2014 lease. I made the decision to go to the dealership to see what he could offer. Upon stated that he could match the price I was requesting on a 2014 lease. I made the decision to go to the dealership to see what he could offer. Upon my arrival, he seemed friendly. We started to talk about my present car lease and my credit scores. I was very honest and explained to him how I had a fair credit score for the past few years. I also mentioned that I was working out a deal with a dealership near my home. As soon as I mentioned the other dealership, his attitude negatively change. He asked if he can run my credit several times to see what kind of deal he could give me. I told him NO as I was not going to let anyone run the credit until I was ready to make a decision. He then tried to persuade me and I almost gave in. I asked him if we could go for a test drive and he stated that he needed to run my credit first. I said to him that no other dealership had asked to run a credit report before a test drive. He then said that he was not going to take me on a test drive and do all the work for me to then to decide to go to a different dealership. I once again mentioned to him that what he wanted to do was not right and that there was no need to run a credit report before a test drive...... he insisted .... I got up to leave and then he offered a test drive. For me, it was too late. Who will want to go on a test drive with someone that is treating you in a condescending manner. He must have assumed that I was an uneducated consumer and would do as he said. I was very offended by his tone and his actions. Upon leaving the dealership, I decided to call the General Manager to report Chris' actions but there was no answer so I ended up leaving a message. Lastly, I called Chris and left him a message stating how I felt he had treated me unprofessionally. Well, the good news are that Chris called me back, the bad news, are that he apologized by saying " I felt like you were lying to me about your credit score" WOW!!! So at the end, I was also called a liar by him. After I left Chris, I went to a dealership near by and eded up sealing a great lease deal. I hope Chris changes the way he treats the dealership customers. Chris never assume that because someone speaks with an accent they cannot afford a vehicle. More

I visited this dealer twice before I decided to buy. Both times prior to purchasing I worked with Roy and test drove two different Jeep Wranglers. Roy was very patient each time, answering my questions Both times prior to purchasing I worked with Roy and test drove two different Jeep Wranglers. Roy was very patient each time, answering my questions and listening to my concerns. He's very knowledgeable. What made me decide to purchase from Precision, specifically from Roy was that he was VERY low pressure - he made me comfortable. Today I test drove, purchased and drove home in my new Jeep. There was a slight miscommunication during the final transaction, but Roy's manager - Joe made it right. I will be referring my friends and family to Precision Jeep and especially Roy. Thank you!
