Never sent my plates in the mail After purchasing my vehicle in late August, I paid for the dealership to register my vehicle in New York and send me my plates in the mail. Well my temporary tags expire tomorrow and I still didn not receive my plates in the mail. I had to call precision jeep to ask about the status and only after my asking questions, they decide to tell me they undercharged me for the registration and I owe them $21 that's why they never sent me the plates. So basically I have to go down to the dealership tomorrow to get my plates since my car will have expired tags of tomorrow. Thanks for the inconvience. Only positive comment I have is that the salesman I reached out to got back to me in a timely fashion. You would think after the inconvience of me having to drive 40 minutes each way to pick up my plates, the dealership would eat the $21 fee tomorrow in a show of good faith. More

We went, checked it out and I lovvvedd it. John Leonhard was our sales man and he was so great! He walked us through everything, and got us in and out of there as fast as possible! He was super friendly and made sure we were incredibly happy with the purchase before we left. He gave us the best price, best service and was so incredibly nice to work with! All of them really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and now I have my dream car! YAY! More

Above and Beyond To Meet My Needs I had a deal on the table with another dealer on 8/31/2015. Something wasn't sitting right in my gut with the deal discussed. I put the deal on hold and paid a visit to Precision. I was greeted gracefully not bombarded by a sales representative named Dan Gino. He gave me the courtesy of space not your typical aggressive behavior. I explained that I had a deal in place with another dealer but things did not work out. He asked me the particulars and what went wrong and assured me that will not happen here at Precision and with him. True to his word within 45 minutes we had a deal in place that worked for me. From Dan to the sales manager things went smoothly and quickly. Not only did they meet my needs they put me in an upgraded vehicle from my original expectations. I was very grateful. That wasn't the end of my experience. They called me back and said I was erroneously charged for something that was included in the deal and credited me the amount that was charged. That was it, they have a customer for life. Car buying made stressless. My salesman Dan Gino was a man of integrity from start to finish. More dealerships should have the same business model. More

"Worst dealer" My salesman was arrogant and not helpful at all. I wish I walked out but I bought a new Ram 1500. He told me that if I recommend a friend and they buy a vehicle I would get $100. So my friend ended up buying two vehicles. Well after 11 months, 5 e-mails, 3 phone calls and 1 seething Facebook post later I got my $100. The service department is terrible also. My truck was in for repair and somebody calls me and says they need to order parts should be 2-3 days max. Today is day 15 and not one call to let me know what's going on. I finally called them and they couldn't even find my paperwork. Please save yourself some stress and AVOID this dealer!! More
